Apotosis explores programmed decay: the removal of noise so that meaningful signals can survive. Each artwork emerged through an intensive process of generation, refinement and human curation, treating AI as material rather than an automatic outcome. The release extended this idea into the market, using adaptive pricing and a reserve that bought back and permanently burned works. I later committed all artist royalties to further buybacks, completing a living artwork shaped by selection, preservation and disappearance.
